Clifford is made from reclaimed Australian hardwood; timber salvaged from a footbridge built in the early 20th century.
This table is made from reclaimed Blackbutt timber from the Beaman Park footbridge in Marrickville, Sydney. Although no records remain, it is thought that the bridge dates back to the early 20th century. The bridge was demolished in 2016 and we were fortunate to be able to recover the timber from this small piece of history.
Pair this with a custom recycled buffet to complete you aesthetic and bring new life to your home and these timbers.
What do you think? We can make a similar piece for you or you can 'tweak' it and a create a custom furniture piece to fit your home and your requirements in the timber and finish of your choice!
Photos don’t do our furniture justice. We recommend visiting one of our showrooms to see the true texture and warmth of our pieces. The smoothness of the finish and quality of materials can only be experienced in person.
