We know there is community concern about (COVID19) Coronavirus and public spaces, and we are proactively taking measures to ensure our stores continue to be a safe place to visit.
At Wildwood Designs, our greatest priority is the health and safety of our team members, our community, and you, our valued customers.
Please know you can always shop with us from home - our friendly staff can provide assistance through email and over the phone. We can send photos and drawings to assist with your furniture needs. Our live chat on the website can be a great place to start organising your next piece of furniture.
We are happy to welcome you to our stores, however in light of recent events, we are mindful of your safety and the safety of our Staff.
We aim to keep numbers in the store to a minimum. As a result, our doors may be temporarily locked, and we may not be able to allow more clients into the store for that moment. Please phone the showroom on arrival and one of our team members will organise for entry or return visit when clients completed their visit.
We will also take appointments for clients wishing to be on their own in the store and may ask you to return at a later time.
For those who are hesitant about visiting the shops with other people, we would like to offer appointments, where we will shut the doors while you visit the showroom. We will open our stores exclusively to you, where you will have the undivided attention of our staff and a store all to yourself. Please phone our stores to make an appointment.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, team members and community are always our highest priority. In addition to our standard practices, we’ve proactively introduced the following precautionary measures, to ensure you can visit us with confidence:
- Increased cleaning schedules of high contact surface points, including amenities, handles and rails.
- Introducing the placement of hand sanitisers.
- Actively communicating and encouraging the practice of good hygiene and preventative measures that each of us can take to help keep our community safe.
- Staff will not be allowed to work if they show signs of fever, runny nose or coughing.
- We are now opening at 11:00am, which allows time for our staff from 10:00am - 10:50am to undertake the extra cleaning required.
We want to assure our customers and communities that we are monitoring and acting on current and future Government and relevant health authority’s advice.
